With the [Lead]Prime email sync, the users can access their emails from within the lead management system. Once their business email is configured, all the business users can use a single sign-on to Lead Prime and check their inbox and send email replies as well.
The [Lead]Prime email sync gives the users easy access to all lead contact information that are within [Lead]Prime. All the email communication will be logged under each lead and history can be viewed by the managers at any point of time. This information can be presented under activity history and user friendly view.
